1. Registration & Cancellation

Registrations will close on May 1st. However, payments can still be made after this date (please note that registration must be completed before May 1st).

Please notify us as soon of any cancellation.

5. Accommodation in Nantes

The campus of the congress is about half an hour from the city center by public transportation. We advise you to book a hotel in the city center. There is not much accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the university.

6. Dining During the Congress

Lunch meals are included in the registration fee for speakers only (meals at the CROUS university restaurant). However, in order to determine the number of people attending the meals provided, confirmation will be requested at a later date.

Registration for the banquet on Tuesday, July 1st can be made via the form on the website. The banquet fee is 50 euros. This banquet is reserved for registered participants to the Congress, but it is not reserved for speakers only (the non-speaking participant registration fee of 10 euros makes it possible to register for the Banquet).

7. Presentations

The Congress rooms are equipped for slideshow presentations. Participants are asked to ensure they have appropriate adapters to connect their computers.

It is the responsibility of the speakers to bring the handouts or supporting documents they wish to use. The university's printing services will unfortunately be closed for the duration of the Congress. It is nevertheless possible to ask the organizers to print documents, but the request must be made no later than June 16th.

8. Program

A preliminary program will be published on the Congress website from April 10th.

The opening of the Congress is currently scheduled for 9am on June 30th (to be confirmed).
